Groovecast Ep. 8: Tech Talk
Hello and welcome once again to Groovecast! With technology across the world getting more advanced and each work environment trying to move with the times, musicians have not been exempt when it comes to getting to grips with the new tech. That in mind, we thought it was appropriate to talk about some of our experiences with this. From working with click tracks, in ear mixes and silent pits, we offer our opinions on how the new technology can help and sometimes hinder us in our work.
Groovecast is the podcast talking everything drums, bass, groove and beyond. Hosted by myself and top class bass player, Ashley Walker, you’d really be mad to miss it. Talking about the stuff we live and breathe, expect some in depth chats about the music industry, some legendary drummers and bassists, gigs, gear and everything in between, whether you’re a rhythm section player, a musician or just a casual music lover, there’s something in here for anyone!
