Well it was a long time coming (a mere 15 months!), but I can finally say i’ve been and done a gig again!
Gotta pack the kit down first!
I had the pleasure of being asked to go and dep with Fusion at Butlins Skegness, and there really couldn’t have been a nicer gig to go back to! 2 sets full of classic tunes, as part of a top class 4 piece function band, definitely starting as I mean to go on!
Must give a HUGE thanks to Ashley Walker for asking me down, as well as the rest of the band, for making it such an easy and pleasurable evening. Also to the tech crew at Butlins and James Groves who was doing sound for us (and making me look great on camera too!).

The Natal kit and my trusty old Acrolite were in fine voice for sure, some gig snippets can be seen on Ashley’s Instagram, and videos will be soon to follow on the Fusion Facebook page.
Hopefully the first gig of a busy summer, and what a way to start it!
